Vasilisa Takoeva is a PhD candidate at School of Business, Management Department, and is working under the supervision of Professor Steve Kempster on a comparative study using leadership-as-practice in organizational context.
She first came to the UK in 2008 to pursue a degree from Lancaster University - MA HRDC. During the year she acquired interest in the field of leadership and leadership development and consequently passed an internship at the Centre for Applied Leadership Research, the Leadership Trust Foundation until December 2010.
