Title of Research: Online Consumer Complaining Behaviour on Social Networking Sites

Short description of research: This research explores the factors that influence online complaining on social networking sites, in the case of Facebook. The main aim is to explore the nature of online complaining behaviour on Facebook and to understand how and why people make online complaints.
