EIC Membership

Criteria for membership

Individuals may join the EIC in one of several ways:

  • Write or offer to write a joint paper or make a joint grant application
  • Offer data for EIC use (including of course joint work)
  • By paying the corporate membership fee (see below)

Types of membership

Academic

  • Any academic of any nationality may join the EIC if they satisfy the criteria above
  • Membership is free for academics in the University of Birmingham

Corporate

  • Any corporate entity or individual involved in business (including of course entrepreneurs and members of government organizations) may apply to join the EIC
