Phil Morgan is a Senior Lecturer in operations management at Oxford Brookes University, running undergraduate and postgraduate courses. His specialisms within operations are operations strategy and supply chain management. As a visiting lecturer, he has been the Module Leader for the Executive MBA Operations Management Module at Birmingham Business School since 1998.

Before joining Oxford Brookes University in 1990, Phil had asuccessful career in procurement and commercial management, inindustries as diverse as automotive, cable manufacturing and textiles.He has continued to provide consultancy and training services to manylocal businesses, particularly in the development of operations andprocurement strategies, and with the implementation of ISO 9000.
