Open Days

A typical Open Day programme


Attending an Open Day will give you the opportunity to view the School’s facilities and talk with members of academic staff about Chemistry at Birmingham, the courses we offer and the application process. 

Current students will also be on hand to chat about their experiences of studying chemistry at Birmingham and there will be ample opportunity to take a stroll around our beautiful parkland campus, which includes our halls of residence.

Applicant Visit Days

Applicant Visit Days for UCAS applicants applying for study will begin in November.

Should you apply to Birmingham, and we are keen to make you an offer based on your UCAS application, we will invite you to attend one of our UCAS Admissions Days, during which, you will tour our facilities, the campus and Halls of Residence, and have ample opportunity to chat to members of staff and, perhaps more importantly, our current undergraduates to find about what it’s like to study at Birmingham.  A short interview also forms part of the day.
