Almut Koester has recently delivered an invited paper at the annual conference of the German Association for Foreign Language Research (Deutsche Gesellschaft fuer Fremdsprachenforschung, DGFF) in Hamburg, Germany, 29 Sept-1 Oct. Her paper was on 'The contribution of research on workplace discourse to the teaching of English for Occupational and Professional Purposes'.
