Based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy they’re accessible, practical and immediate.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is based on the belief that your mood, thoughts, behaviour and how you feel physically are all connected - e.g. if you feel anxious (mood), your heart rate will speed up and your body might become tense (physicality), you'll start thinking negatively ('I can't do this') and might do something unhelpful like snap at someone (behaviour).

The series has so far been featured in YOU magazine, Stylist, Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Look, Now, MSN Lifestyle, Zest, Woman and Home and The Express among others.
