Jane works as a tutor in educational psychology and is involved in teaching and supervising trainee educational psychologists on the three year initial training programme (Applied Educational and Child Psychology Doctorate). She is also Director of the research doctorate for practising educational psychologists (Ed Psych D programme) which has over 40 students enrolled.
Alongside this Jane works as a Senior Educational Psychologist for Birmingham Local Authority, for one day a week, working with schools and other settings and with individual children and families.
Prior to becoming an educational psychologist, Jane was a secondary school Mathematics teacher in Leicestershire.
