Electronic, Electrical and Systems Engineering Research and Project Open Day
An event where students and staff showcase the internationally leading research within the department.
Final year MEng and BEng students will be presenting the results of their projects along with the 3rd year MEng students who have worked on group projects.
If you are seeking to recruit students for graduate or placement positions you are welcome to approach them during the morning poster session (between 10.30 and 13.00) to talk about the opportunities you have. Students will be encouraged to have copies of their CV with them if they are looking for work.
Members of the Industrial Liaison Committee whose remit is to build on existing links with our industrial contacts as well as forging new partnerships with institutions and companies who are interested in the work we do here, will be around during the day and would welcome the opportunity to talk to you about their aims and objectives and discuss ways in which you could become involved.
Our annual Robot Races, which is the culmination of the 2nd year student’s group project, will take place from 2pm and you are more than welcome to join the fun by watching these.
