Speaker: Dr Robert McKay, Victoria University, Wellington

Dr McKay is an expert on Antarctic paleoclimatology, with recent publications in Nature Geoscience and PNAS. In 2011 he was awarded the Prime Minister’s MacDiarmid Emerging Scientist prize, for his research into past environmental change in Antarctica and its implications for the current phase of global warming.
