GSDRC collaboration with Australia renewed for another year

The Governance and Social Development Resource Centre will continue its research support activities for the Australian government’s international development agency, AusAID, for another year.

The GSDRC has been providing international development research services to the Australian government’s international development agency, AusAID, since 2008. We are pleased to announce that our current arrangement has now been extended for another year, until the middle of 2012.

The GSDRC’s work for AusAID consists of rapidly delivering up-to-date research findings, evidence, and practical lessons to inform development policy and practice. We work primarily with AusAID’s Crisis Prevention, Stabilisation and Recovery Group, but also support other units across the agency and despite being located on opposite sides of the world, we have developed a very effective and efficient working relationship. Some of our reports produced this year for AusAID include:
