IDD's Claire Mcloughlin was part of a panel of experts who took part in a Guardian Live debate on the best ways to evaluate the impact of development assistance. The debate focused on how to ensure evaluation really supports accountability and learning in development agencies. The live debate attracted development professionals from the policy and academic community, and culminated in 15 suggestions to demystify the process of impact evaluation.
