A review of the existing pattern of charges levied by Welsh local authorities for non-residential social care services and assessment of options for introducing more consistency into charging for these services across Wales.
The work included consultation with stakeholders, including carers and service users and an assessment of options and their costs. This research supports work to develop an Assembly Measure deriving from the second Legislative Competence Order obtained by the National Assembly of Wales.
