This episode, we talk about the European elections of 22-25 May, which saw record highs for Eurosceptic and populist parties in several countries, including UKIP in the United Kingdom and the National Front in France. We discuss the reasons for this result, the extent to which it represents a Europe-wide backlash against Brussels, and its consequences for European politics.
