Dr. Richard Connolly spoke at the Russian Banking Forum, held at the Grange St. Paul’s Hotel, London on Wednesday, 28th November. Speaking on a panel that included Chairman of Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Jim O'Neill, and First Deputy Chairperson of Sberbank, Bella Zlatkis, Dr. Connolly argued that restructuring of the Russian financial sector would be of crucial importance in shaping the prospects for the continued development of the Russian economy.
