Service Delivery and Accountability
Supervisors: Dr Adrian Campbell
I am looking at the public service delivery model adopted by the local government in Nepal. My research particularly deals with the contractual relationship between the local government and service providers along with users committee in drinking water provision. The service provision relationship becomes complex when there is gray area to clearly distinguish the public goods to community to private goods each of this service transaction ask for unique and different set of relationship to be structured for efficient service delivery.
