Sarah is an e-communications and knowledge management specialist with four years’ experience of managing web resource hubs, and eight years’ experience in writing, editing and publishing roles. As the GSDRC’s Information Officer, Sarah is responsible for the online document library and the processes of writing and publishing research summaries.

Previously, Sarah worked as a Communications Adviser for publishing company Learning Media, managing its intranet and launching an e-newsletter. Her other roles have included Web Manager and Editor at Viva, an international networking NGO. Sarah oversaw the relaunch of Viva’s website and created microsites – for the networking of relief work following the Asian tsunami, for example. She also edited an international capacity-building publication for development workers
