Rebecca Fellows is a Horizon Analyst at the National Institute for Health Research Horizon Scanning Centre (NIHR HSC). The NIHR HSC provides early warning to the Department of Health of new and emerging health technologies which may require evaluation, consideration of clinical and cost impact, or modification of clinical guidance.

Marie graduated from the Master of Public Health (Nutrition) programme at University College Dublin in 2013.
