About

Tatum Matharu is a Research Associate based in Primary Care.

Tatum is part of Professor Helen Lester’s QOF research team, contracted by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) to develop and pilot indicators for the Quality and Outcomes Framework.

Tatum came to Primary Care from the University’s Institute of Local Government Studies, where she explored collaborative institutional design and development (between public, private and third sector actors) using an interpretivist methodology

  • MA (Merit) in European Politics and Public Policy, University of Manchester, 2006
  • BA (Hons) in European Studies and Modern Languages (French), University of Manchester, 2005
