A key demand for many working professionally in the historic environment sector is the need to maintain and enhance your professional skills.

A key demand for many working professionally in the historic environment sector is the need to maintain and enhance your professional skills. This can often be a condition of membership of professional representative bodies such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Institute for Archaeologists or the Institute for Historic Building Conservation.

Meeting your CPD needs can be done through undertaking a postgraduate programme at Ironbridge Institute but some may not feel they have the time or can afford the expense of this option.

For that reason, the modules on the Historic Environment Conservation programme and on the distance learning Heritage and Identity programme are offered as stand-alone modules that can be undertaken without assessment for a set fee of £200 for each Historic Environment Conservation module of two days (prices for the Heritage and Identity modules, which are longer, are available on application).
