About
Raquel Navas joined the Department in September 2010 as an assistant language tutor in Spanish and Catalan. She took her degree in Hispanic Philology at the University Autònoma de Barcelona and she successfully completed the Post-graduate courses in Spanish and Catalan as foreign languages.
Biography
Before coming to Birmingham, she worked in primary, secondary and tertiary schools in Spain and France teaching Spanish and Catalan languages, literature and culture.
Teaching
She is currently taking the Postgraduate Certificate of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education at the University of Birmingham and is interested in the field of foreign language learning and teaching.
