An interview with Dr Louise Hardwick and Dr Alessandro Corio has been published by the French Caribbean newspaper France-Antilles.

France-Antilles is the leading French language newspaper in the Caribbean, serving a readership in the islands of Martinique (population: 420,000), Guadeloupe (400,000) and the South American department of French Guiana (240,000), in addition to the global community via its online portal.

Louise and Alessandro gave the interview during a recent research trip to the island, during which they visited important historical sites, conducted archival research and met with leading academics and cultural figures, including authors and museum directors, to discuss the public impact of their research.

The interview is now available online.
