Successful and popular residential Summer Schools have taken place in the School of Physics and Astronomy since July 2004. They are designed to give AS students studying Physics and Mathematics a taste of lectures, problem solving classes and laboratory work at University, as well as giving them experience of a night in a hall of residence and a look at Birmingham city centre.
All documents are in PDF format and will open in a new window.
For 2016, we will unfortunately not be able to use the student accommodation (Halls of Residence) for the overnight stay because our university students will still be using it. A suitable, local alternaitve will be found.
Please see our calendar of events for dates for the Summer School 2016. A similar programmes posted above for 2015, will be followed.
When dates are released, to reserve a place please return an application form and pay online.
If you wish to visit the Campus later this year, our Open Day dates are listed here.
