Learning Disability and Autism Research Network - West Midlands
LeARN-WM is a new partnership between parents of children with learning disability or autism and the Cerebra Centre for Neurodevelopmental Disorders at the University of Birmingham and the Centre for Educational Development, Appraisal and Research (CEDAR) at Warwick University. For a number of years the research teams at both Universities have been conducting research in order to improve the well being of children and young people with learning disabilities and autism. Both Centres conduct high quality research, translate the findings into effective, practical assessments and interventions, and disseminate information to parents, carers and professionals.
If you opt into this partnership, we will keep you informed of research projects, family conferences and the resources we produce for parents and professionals.
