Doctoral candidate Peter Oram-West has secured funding to spend four months in Washingston DC. He was awarded the money under the AHRC Library of Congress Scholarship Scheme, and will be based in the John W. Kluge Center researching the role of intergovernmental organisations such as the United Nations and World Heath Organisation in facilitating access to health care for the global poor.
