Canon Dr Andrew Smith will be jointly presenting a paper at BSA Sociology of Religion Study Group Annual Conference 2017.

He will be co-presenting with Dr Demelza Jones from Aston University. The topic of their paper is The ‘Joyful Challenge’ of Minority Congregations’ Use of Anglican Church Spaces in a Diverse Urban Diocese and is based on the research they undertook looking at minority congregations use of Anglican church buildings in Birmingham.
