The PSA is largely a coordinating and facilitating mechanism drawing on the considerable resources within the College of Social Sciences (CoSS) and the University as a whole.
Public Service Director
Helen Dickinson
As Director of the Public Service Academy (PSA) Helen has a key role in co-ordinating academic activities around the theme of public management and public policy across the College of Social Sciences. The PSA also plays an important part int he civic engagement role of the college and is a platform for strategic interaction with public service bodies within the city alongside other key national and international partners. This role seeks to span the research/policy/practice divide and encourage more effective interaction between academics, policy makers and public service professionals.
