Ahead of the government’s Autumn Statement on Wednesday December 5, the University asked six leading academics what they hoped will be included and what the impact might be for everything from business and manufacturing to the high street and personal wealth.
One of the six contributors was IASS's Professor Karen Rowlingson who discussed a possible mansion tax, reforms of Council Tax and a comprehensive wealth tax.
