Illegality, youth and belonging: International Symposium organised by Harvard Graduate School of Education and IRiS

IRiS academic Dr Nando Sigona convened with Dr Roberto G. Gonzales (Harvard) the international symposium ‘Illegality, youth and belonging’ which took place at the University of Harvard on 25-26 October.

The symposium is the second in a series on ‘Legal status, rights and belonging’ coordinated by Sigona and Gonzales with the collaboration of colleagues at the University of Oxford. Dr Sigona gave a keynote address on ‘Constructing Precariousness: Understanding the Experiences of Undocumented Children Beyond Deportability’.
