Professor Russell Mannion has recently been appointed as Visiting Professor at the Australian Institute for Health Innovation, Faculty of Medicine, University of New South Wales (UNSW) Sydney. UNSW is one of the leading research universities in Australia and is consistently ranked among the top 50 universities in the world. UNSW is also a member of the Universitas 21 network of leading world research universities and part of the work Russell will be doing will be to develop a joint portfolio of research between HSMC and UNSW around health care quality and patient safety.
Russell also holds a similar appointment in the Faculty of Medicine, University of Oslo.
