Media picks up on care homes closure report

Posted on Tuesday 19th July 2011

Following on from the recent news of the demise of Southern Cross, the wider media is picking up on the department’s good practice report aimed at helping local councils re-assess and re-settle older people in care homes when they close.

The guide was originally commissioned by the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services.
