Personalisation - risk and regulation paper published

A new Scoping Paper which explores the connected themes of rights, responsibilities, risk and regulation in the lives of (younger and older) adults who use care and support, is one of 5 recently commissioned by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF). These Scoping Papers aim to review the current landscape, helping to highlight gaps, and identifying new trends, and raise important questions for a future JRF programme of work.
