Robin Miller, senior fellow at HSMC, spoke on Friday 11th October at a national event sharing the experiences of people with a learning disability within secure settings. The event was co-ordinated by Changing our Lives self-advocacy group and speakers included James Morris MP, Dr Jan Walmsley and west midlands poet Dreadlock Alien. Robin was presenting the interim findings of an evaluation of the role of the patient council within a low-secure setting.
