Andri is working on several research programmes within TSRC, including its core qualitative longitudinal research project and the Below the radar work stream. Andri will also be developing the research programme for the Black Minority Ethnic work stream.

Prior to working with TSRC, Andri was an ESRC Postdoctoral Fellow in Sociology at the University of Manchester, where she recently completed her PhD, ‘Can voluntary organisations successfully sustain engagement with the government employment initiative the New Deal for Young People?’ She has previously held research and teaching positions at the Institute for Political and Economic Governance at the University of Manchester, the Centre for Institutional Studies at the University of East London and the Department of Sociology at the London School of Economics. She has carried out various projects on the UK’s voluntary sector.
