PhD Title: Variability in the Golf Swing

Supervisor: Dr Francois-Xavier Li and Dr Matt Bridge

Ben is the Training Executive for Sports Science at the PGA National Training Academy at the Belfry. He is also currently completing a part time PhD in the field of golf biomechanics, studying movement variability in the swing.

Biography

Ben completed his BSc and MSc at UWIC and has worked at the Professional Golfers’ Association since 2005. He teaches on the Applied Golf Management Studies degree and leads the Sports Science team for the foundation degree in Professional Golf.
