Born in Thessaloniki in 1989. Graduated from the Kalamari Greek-French secondary school, “with distinction” awarded by the Ministry of Education. Came first in the university entrance examinations (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Journalism), and awarded a state scholarship. Studied Sports Sciences at the University of Montpellier, France and obtained her BSc in 2010. Concurrently took part in the French volleyball and beach volleyball championship as a high level player. From 2009 to 2012 trained the ASLJ Montpellier Croix d’ argent girls’ and women’s volleyball teams for the national championships, winning the League Cup and distinctions in the National Youth Cup of France . Attained the Master Research of Human Movement Sciences from the University Aix Marseille, France in 2012.
Taught volleyball at the high school Marcel Pagnol in a mission in a sensible zone in Montpellier , at the Volleyball school of Arago de Sete “Aragoland”, and at the Elite Volleyball Camp Thessaloniki. Has been a FIVB coach and instructor since 2009. Has covered European women’s championships as a journalist and has been invited to international meetings in Italy and France to give talks on youth volleyball.
Speaks English, French, Italian, German and Greek.
