Our 2011 Birmingham Fellows

extra-2The University is delighted to welcome the arrival of the first of our Birmingham Fellows recruited in 2011. These outstanding post-doctoral researchers, recruited from around the world, will become integral to our vibrant academic community as they establish their academic careers at Birmingham.

Our Birmingham Fellows are outstanding early-career researchers of this generation, and we fully expect them to become the academic and research leaders of tomorrow.

Over thirty Birmingham Fellows joined the University following the first recruitment round in 2011 and those who have started already are profiled below. More profiles will be included as people join.
