Phil’s early career was in Operations Management during which time he successfully implemented a TQM programme which achieved significant business improvement and lead to membership of the British Quality Foundation and Investors in People.
On completion of his MBA he moved into Management Trainingworking initially in the Eastern Bloc as a consultant. He was theninstrumental in implementing a £1.25 million Management DevelopmentProgramme. This lead into freelance lecturing and consultancy.
For the last 10 years he was worked as a Lecturer andConsultant working for a number of Business Schools where he hasdeveloped his expertise in Operations Management, Project Managementand Supply Chain in both the public and private sector.
