Since qualifying, Anisha has worked in general dental practice, carrying out a wide range of treatments in patients. She enjoys attending courses and seminars to broaden the depth of her knowledge, so she can provide the most up-to-date care for her patients. Of interest, she has completed the year long Advanced Restorative Course with Chriss Orr in London. Having worked within mixed care and across a range of practices, both in London and the West Midlands, Anisha aims to bring a different perspective to dental teaching by amalgamating knowledge and experience from the general dental practice setting.

Teaching

Anisha is a Clinical Dental Tutor. She is responsible for supervising students during clinical treatment sessions. She also teaches students in the Dental Lab where they refine their dental skills on phantom heads, and is actively involved in the tutoring and mentoring of students. She is actively involved in presenting tutorials, demonstrating dental skills, and providing a “hands-on” approach to teaching.

She enjoys getting involved with School Board meetings to continually improve her teaching within clinics, and help to relate what goes on clinically with student performance.
