PhD title: Capability as an outcome measure in clinical trials.

Supervisors: Prof. Joanna Coast, Dr Hareth Al-Janabi

Thomas is a doctoral research based in the MRC Midlands Hub for Trials Methodology research and supervised through the Health Economics Unit. His work is focused on assessing the psychometric properties of the ICECAP capability measures in the health research setting. His other academic interests are focused around the use of qualitative methods to assess measure validity and the social value of health.
