Andrew Dewar is a Teaching Associate working on the Sport, Physical Education, and Coaching Science and Applied Golf Management Studies courses. He is involved in research which investigates athletes’ knowledge, experiences, and use of supplements and performance-enhancing drugs. Andrew is also interested in continuing the research from his PhD which examined the relationships between achievement goals, performance, and emotions in competitive sport. This work was undertaken with Maria Kavussanu and Chris Ring in the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences at the University of Birmingham.
