UK students are not guaranteed a place, but are welcome to apply for accommodation at the University.
Gap year students
Students taking a gap year with an unconditional offer from Birmingham who have previously applied for accommodation will need to re-submit an application when the online applications open in January by clicking the above "apply online" link, as your initial application will not be valid for the 2013 / 2014 academic year.”
