In order to maintain the Guarantee Scheme, the University maintains agreements with local private providers that meet our quality standards. All the studios and apartments at Metchley Hall are part of this scheme, ensuring that you are only placed alongside University of Birmingham students, as you would be in University-owned accommodation. Located on Metchley Lane, Metchley Hall is just a short walk from the main Edgbaston campus.
