This module aims to advance your ability to create a supportive, dynamic and responsive learning climate within the practice setting, which meets the needs of your learners. You will also develop evaluation skills of your interventions and be encouraged to provide documentary evidence of your success. You are offered the opportunity to examine your prior educational experience and critique it in the light of theories of adult learning and experiential learning. The module also leads to Chartered Society of Physiotherapy ACE accreditation.

By the end of the module the student should be able to:

Assessment
You are required to plan and undertake a learning intervention in the practice-based setting which will be assessed through submission of a Portfolio of evidence (3000 words) (75% weighting). Seminar presentation (10 minutes) and written support materials (25% weighting).
