National Scholarship Programme (NSP)
The National Scholarship Programme (NSP) is a new initiative that has been introduced by the government in 2012. At Birmingham our National Scholarships will be dependent on your income background and choice of accommodation. Find out more about the National Scholarship Programme.
Chamberlain Award
If you are not eligible for a National Scholarship and your household income is below £42,600, you may qualify for a Chamberlain Award, which is an additional scheme that has been introduced by the University of Birmingham for 2012. Find out more about the Chamberlain Award.
Eliahou Dangoor Scholarships
The University of Birmingham is pleased to announce its participation in the Eliahou Dangoor Scholarships scheme, which was launched in 2010 following a generous donation from Dr Naim Dangoor.
The University of Birmingham will offer 44 scholarships for the 2012/13 academic year. The scholarships will be valued at £1000, will be tenable for one year and can be held in conjuction with other bursaries and scholarships offered by the University. Excellence Scholarships

Subject-based scholarships
Depending on the subject you have chosen to study, there may be additional scholarships available to you that are administered by your School. These scholarships are offered in addition to the National Scholarship and the Chamberlain Award.
