Partner Visit Day and Study Abroad Fair
The Partner Visit Day and Study Abroad Fair are established annual events at the University of Birmingham which take place in November. The Partner Visit Day invites our partners to attend a programme to showcase the university facilities and gives them an opportunity to network with each other and our staff. This year we had 19 partners attending from 16 universities representing 9 different countries.
An estimated 350 students attended the Study Abroad Fair from a wide variety of academic disciplines. There were over 20 countries represented on the day and stalls for our Study Abroad Team, Careers and Universitas 21. Students found the most useful aspects of the Fair to be the opportunity to speak to exchange students about studying and living in a different country, the information available on the different universities and the expert advice and guidance available from the Study Abroad team.
