Module description

This module teaches the fundamentals of geomatics. A series of lectures will cover the basic principles of global positioning (GPS), geographical information systems (GIS) and remote sensing. Practical classes using the latest GIS software will reinforce the theory. At the end of the course, students will have the confidence and knowledge to use and explore the subject area in their future studies.
