Module description

Understanding how cells talk to each other is fundamentally important to so many areas within the broad field of Biosciences including pharmacology, endocrinology, cell biology and medicine. This is true not only within academia but also within the pharmaceutical industries who apply such knowledge to the development of new and more selective drugs for therapeutic intervention. This is a fast-moving topic which generates the greatest insight when studied at the molecular level.
