The module aims to enable students to enhance their skills on reading, writing, speaking and aural comprehension acquired in the first year Portuguese course and to develop their ability to communicate and engage in creative self-expression, using the spoken and written language with confidence.
The three weekly hours will be based on Communicative Language, grammar and vocabulary exercises and translation exercises. There will be a wide range of exercises in spoken and written registers of European and Brazilian Portuguese, to develop their ability to communicate in Portuguese within a cultural context.
