Module description

The module will aim to cover some of the more advanced building-blocks of finance that are of primary concern to corporate managers, and some of the more advanced considerations needed to make financial decisions both inside and outside the firm. At its core, the module will extensively consider the fundamental relationship between risk and return, and concept of an efficient market. It will then introduce the theory and practice of financing and dividend decisions. Although the module will inevitably contain material of a technical and theoretical nature, it is designed for a cohort of aspiring general managers, rather than finance specialists.
